Rachel Doyle

Rachel is the owner and director of Home Instead, a home care company based in Fife. As a champion of person-centred care, she strives to improve the lives of others.

Rachel has more than 30 years’ experience working in both the public and private sector. In 2015, she took on the role of head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing at Strathclyde University and gained an MBA with distinction in 2022. Rachel is a trustee of the Carnegie Dunfermline and Hero Fund Trust.
