The Carnegie UK Trust has been actively involved in promoting wellbeing in policy since 2010. In 2019, to mark ten years since the publication of the internationally significant Report by the Commission on the Measurement of Economic Performance and Social Progress, the Trust invited a series of blogs from international experts, policymakers, practitioners, and politicians which outline the approach taken to measuring and improving wellbeing by different governments, organisations and initiatives around the world. While these blogs were written prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the aim of collating these reflections into a single publication is to inform, engage, and inspire the international community as it seeks to plan for the recovery. The individual blogs can also be accessed online here.
