Carnegie UK is seeking to appoint a researcher or research organisation to deliver a research output on Budgeting for Wellbeing, for completion by May. Through this research, we are exploring what a collective wellbeing approach to government revenue raising and spend could look like. Areas of focus may include outcomes budgeting, prevention, and participatory budgeting.
