Shining a light – Data Booklet

This report gives an accessible overview of both the big picture and detailed findings regarding library use and attitudes towards public libraries 2011-2016 across England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The data was collected by Ipsos Mori on behalf of Carnegie UK in two omnibus polls involving a total of 10,000 people. The polls were conducted over the period June – September 2016 and August-October 2011.
