This toolkit was produced as part of the Northern Ireland Embedding Wellbeing in Local Government Programme which ran from 2017 to 2021. It is based on the experience of delivering co-production within three Community Planning Partnerships, a review of global practice and engagement with key stakeholders within Northern Ireland.
